One Camera Package:

We recommend the One Camera Package for more intimate weddings with guest lists of 150 and less. This package works well with small spaces and one location getting ready ( since there is only one shooter). Additionally, the deliverables received in this package are two films rather than three. You would receive the two song video (7-8 minute video ) and an edited clip of your full ceremony and full toasts. This would be sent to you around 65- 90 days after their wedding date.

Two Camera Package:

The Two Camera Package is the best of the best. You get 2 senior shooters shooting with years of experience and expertise in their craft. This adds to the overall diversity and creativity in the shots they take, not to mention they use the highest level cameras and lenses. Overall, it will be a more editorial and stylistic film and approach. This package includes 2 extra hours at no cost and you recieve 4 films with longer lengths. Plus, you receive the music video and a feature length documentary with a high quality user friendly scene selection menu for easy navigation to skip to your favorite scenes to watch!

A la carte options:

We can offer you an a la carte package option of the Elite Package that includes films more suited to your style. We can omit ​certain deliverables to cut overall production costs as well as adding on deliverables. What it ultimately will come down to is your deliverables or other add ons that increase the overall production cost.  And don’t worry- we work with you to make a package that feels best for you.

Only after a contract is signed do we request payment. Secure credit card payments online (with no fees attached) are the preferred method of payment, but we will of course accept checks too.

1-2 Months before your wedding we ask you to fill-in your “Tweed Sheet.” This is our go-to document for both our pre and post productions teams. It includes logistical data, such as start times as well as relevant info about song choices and what is most important to YOU about your wedding day.

Dependent on what package you pick there is a screening period where you can request changes (if needed) to your music video, so that you are completely comfortable with the final results!

Here’s a quick timeline of each deliverable in order of time we send them out:

• 30 days after your wedding date we email you a digital link to your wedding gram teaser.
• Then around 90 days after your wedding date we will be emailing you a digital link of your music video.
• You then have two weeks to respond with any changes you’d like to see made, we just ask those are time coded for us.

We find that everyone is somewhat different in what they want to have in their final package and we want to be able to cater to that! It’s important to us that we both share the same vision of your wedding so that your wedding films are a reflection of YOU.

There are only 2 decisions you need to make:

2. Are there any add ons or deliverables you would like to omit or add to create something more a la carte?

The next step in the timeline is signing the e-contract. Once the above is decided, we will send you the e-contract for review and then click to sign when ready.

After the first five steps in the timeline, some time goes by without contact. Don’t worry though, we are with you the whole way through and we are always available if you have any questions or concerns.

The Monday the week of your wedding we will connect you with your shooters via phone and email. If either party has questions on logistics this is the time to answer those questions. We have an amazing team of passionate videographers. Most of them work exclusively for us on a variety of projects and direct their own work too.

Once you approve your music video, all of your films (wedding gram, music video, feature length documentary or ceremony and toast edit) will be sent to you on a thumb drive, plus any other add-ons you purchased such as raw footage, additional thumb drives or hard drives. We send this to you within 2 weeks after approval!
